Dog Accessories UK Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Dog Accessories UK, and we strive to make your shopping experience as simple and hassle-free as possible. However, if for any reason your purchase isn’t suitable, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund for the cost of the item.
If you need to return an item, please contact us to let us know and so we can advise you on the return process. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels attached, and MUST be free from dog hair and dirt. Please return items to the following address:

Please include a copy of your receipt or packing list with the return so we can identify the returned item. We will process your exchange or return as quickly as possible, but it may take up to a week. We recommend using a signed-for delivery service to ensure we receive the returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Any returns must be notified to us within 14 days of the original purchase.
Free Exchanges in the UK
We understand how tricky it can be to choose the right size for your dog, so we offer one free exchange per purchase. However, you will need to return the item to us at your own cost. Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the exchanged item free of charge. Any additional exchanges will be subject to standard postage fees for your location. Free exchanges apply only within the UK. If you are outside the UK, please contact us for exchange details.
Refunds for Partial Return (UK)
If an order qualified for free UK delivery and is subsequently partially returned (for example, two items were ordered, taking the total value over the free-delivery threshold, and then one of the items is returned), the refund will be adjusted based on the remaining items’ value. If the remaining items reduce the order value below the free-delivery threshold, the delivery charge, as quoted at the time of order, will be deducted from the refund.
What if there is a Fault with the Product?
Unfortunately, sometimes issues do arise. We will always inspect the item to determine if the fault is with the product, and if so, we will be happy to exchange it for you. If you have a concern, please contact us.
Returns & Refunds
If an item is returned for a refund and there is no fault with the product, the refund will be for the value of the goods returned at the time of purchase, excluding any delivery charges. If the items have been reduced in price at the time of return, the refund will be based on the current selling price.
